Bootstrapped in New York City, Defoe & Co. is an independent label founded by WOC, aiming to provide statement jewelry with personality that are both durable and affordable. The first statement snake ring created by the owner was inspired in February 2020, while her sister was working as a front line doctor for COVID19, and she wanted a ring design that symbols healing and health as a gift to her sister. All our products with human names are named after the people who inspired the design.
